Cancellation Policy
Appointments need be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled start time with no charge. If you are trying to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your start time, you will only be able to do so by calling or texting directly. Changes can be made online if it is more than 24 hours from your start time. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment last minute or within 24 hours of your start time will forfeit your deposit and additionally, you may be charged up to 50% of your appointment for last minute cancellation or no-show fees.
